You will play a key role in establishing payroll processes for a new company, ensuring smooth operations and compliance while collaborating with global teams and external partners.

Requirements

• •Completed university studies in computer science
• •Many years of extensive professional experience in payroll
• •Experience in project management
• •Knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
• •Independent and proactive way of working
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Very good communication skills in English

Tasks

• •Collaborate internationally with a global team.
• •Develop payroll accounting concepts for the new company.
• •Organize the transition to the external service provider.
• •Create and implement lean HR processes.
• •Act as the main contact for the BPO partner ADP.
• •Ensure smooth payroll operations.
• •Manage global payroll and time management processes.
• •Monitor data quality and consistency.
• •Coordinate interfaces between payroll and time management systems.
• •Analyze and resolve issues in payroll and time management.
• •Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
• •Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
