Requirements
- •Commercial training or degree in human resources or related field
- •Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR/People operations, personnel administration, payroll support, or comparable role
- •Strong affinity for digital tools and HRIS systems; practical experience with Personio is a strong advantage
- •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Confluence is welcomed
- •Solid understanding of labor law and social security regulations
- •High attention to detail and structured, process-oriented working style
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
- •Collaborative team player with proactive mindset and strong interpersonal abilities
- •Curiosity, open-mindedness, eagerness to learn, and comfort in dynamic environments
- •High level of reliability, personal accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- •Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive employee information

- •Provide high-quality administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle
- •Manage documentation for contracts, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and payroll preparation
- •Maintain and optimize Personio for accurate reporting and data quality
- •Support the implementation of consistent HR policies across all countries
- •Act as an empathetic point of contact for employees regarding People Services
- •Prepare payroll-relevant data for external partners
- •Collaborate with Finance and service providers for compliant payroll processes
- •Ensure data privacy and legal compliance
- •Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes
- •Support cross-functional projects and organizational development initiatives
- •Bring new ideas and challenge existing structures to foster growth
