- Drive product initiatives from discovery to iteration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Implement modern testing practices (unit, integration, functional).
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Design for improvements.
- Optimize service observability, performance, and reliability.
- Instrument systems with events and data signals.
- Participate in architecture and technical reviews.
- Help raise the engineering bar.
- Drive continuous improvement in system design and processes.
