In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers while shaping innovative product concepts. A hands-on approach will involve building features, improving infrastructure, and ensuring high code quality, all while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• •5+ years of full-stack TypeScript experience
• •3+ years of hands-on React experience
• •Experience with React Native and Next.js is a plus
• •3+ years building production backends in TypeScript
• •Strong project planning and communication skills

Tasks

• •Act as a technical leader and mentor
• •Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, data scientists, analysts, and business leads
• •Shape product concepts with strategic thinking
• •Address challenges around scalability, performance, and system design
• •Prototype and build features across the stack
• •Improve infrastructure for the React Native app and Next.js app
• •Write high-quality, performant, and tested code
• •Guide the frontend team on code quality and architecture
• •Conduct code reviews and create technical specifications
• •Lead learning sessions for knowledge sharing
