Requirements
- 5+ years B2B field marketing, demand generation, or enterprise ABM
- Direct experience marketing to engineering or R&D leaders
- Engineering degree or deep demonstrable experience marketing to engineers
- Conversational knowledge of E/E architecture, PLM, or systems engineering
- Proven track record building enterprise pipeline
- Experience with campaigns supporting 100K+ ACV motions
- Strong ABM execution skills, not just planning
- Ability to run multi-touch programs end-to-end
- Strong event strategy capability
- Experience steering agencies or partners for premium execution
- Confidence working with data and performance signals
- Partnering with RevOps for clean measurement and reporting
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for campaign personalization
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for workflow automation
- Experience in enterprise solution selling environments
- Target buyers are large OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin
Tasks
- Design and execute integrated campaigns for automotive, defense, and industrial accounts
- Manage campaign ROI and pipeline targets with Sales
- Prioritize accounts and meet Sales goals
- Use AI and automation to scale personalization and reporting
- Eliminate repetitive work through automation
- Build and run ABM plays for top-tier enterprise accounts
- Define targeting, messaging, and conversion paths for ABM
- Own strategy, KPIs, and QA for flagship owned events
- Steer external agencies for event delivery
- Represent SPREAD at industry events and conferences
- Develop account activation plans for events
- Partner with RevOps to operationalize tracking and attribution
- Define KPI standards and use data for iteration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and content
- Develop enablement materials for technical buyers
