Senior Evidence and Access Strategy Manager(m/w/x)
Developing frameworks for assessing robotics-assisted technologies in DACH healthcare markets. Health economics and DACH market expertise required. Collaboration with Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Global Access Value and Economics teams.
Requirements
- Health Economics training and experience in medical device sector
- Detailed understanding of DACH healthcare markets, government and policy requirements for medical devices
- Established network of key stakeholders (payers, policymakers, hospital decision-makers, KOLs)
- Market Access / Reimbursement strategy experience
- Value demonstration, value dossier and value communication experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification (plus)
- At least 5 years relevant experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement
- Experience ideally in MedTech sector, pharma backgrounds considered
- Strong understanding of German healthcare and reimbursement system
- Experience with Austria and Switzerland (plus)
- Senior-level stakeholder engagement with key German market access stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to present confidently and write clearly for professional audiences
- Field reimbursement experience in Hospital setting
Tasks
- Report to Director of Evidence Strategy and Access, Europe
- Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Global Access Value and Economics teams
- Develop frameworks for assessing and appraising robotics-assisted technologies
- Lead market access, reimbursement, and funding activities for DACH region
- Define and shape appropriate access pathways
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders
- Strengthen engagement and advocacy with national payer and reimbursement decision-makers
- Initiate and govern consultancy engagements for market access initiatives
- Secure optimal reimbursement and funding
- Analyze funding pathways and policy changes
- Translate policy and payment system changes into actionable strategies
- Build network of opinion leaders across providers, payers, and policymakers
- Develop and execute market access strategies at national and local levels
- Lead HTA activities and prepare national or regional HTA dossiers
- Engage with assessment bodies and align clinical and economic evidence
- Leverage clinical data and real-world evidence for market access strategies
- Support clinical adoption and commercial success
