Senior Enterprise Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Selling XR streaming platform and end-to-end solutions for complex enterprise environments. Minimum 10 years enterprise software sales experience required. High level of responsibility, room for personal growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years enterprise sales experience in software or technology solutions
- Proven track record selling complex, solution-oriented offerings
- Experience with enterprise IT environments (networks, servers, OS, cloud)
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems (SAP, CATIA, PTC, Autodesk, similar)
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving technical environments
- Interest or experience in XR (AR/VR/MR), 3D technologies, immersive computing
- Game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus)
- Understanding of XR devices, use cases, deployment scenarios
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Equivalent technical background or experience
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling approach
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
- Comfortable in fast-changing, innovation-driven environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Tasks
- Drive sales of XR streaming platform and solutions
- Identify and develop high-value deals
- Close complex sales across industries
- Engage with IT departments and technical stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Navigate multi-layered sales cycles
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Stay informed on XR, cloud, and IT trends
