  • Proven track record of executing strategic priorities
  • Experience in analyzing and negotiating complex deals
  • Exceptional negotiation and data analysis skills
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives and operations
  • Experience selling complex solutions at C-Suite level
  • Strong executive presence and influence skills
  • Passion for travel, Airbnb, and excellence
  • Proactive self-starter with autonomous management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel at least 40%
