- 10+ years software/solutions sales experience
- Deep knowledge of German insurance value chain
- Fluent in Solvency II, DORA, BaFin/VAIT
- Proven track record growing enterprise accounts
- Experience establishing trusted client relationships
- Experience producing new business and negotiating deals
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and IT plans
- Promoting customer success in team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
