Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • •Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience
  • •Preferred 5 years experience in Data Centers or Pharma projects
  • •Experience in electrical system design and commissioning
  • •Familiarity with site inspections and safety regulations
  • •Knowledge of engineering software
  • •Understanding of MV & LV power distribution
  • •Advanced German (B1 or B2) and fluent English
  • •Strong work ethic and independent workstyle
  • •Proactive, hands-on approach
  • •Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Tasks

  • •Manage electrical packages from design through handover
  • •Lead electrical subcontractors and trade interfaces
  • •Oversee MV/LV scopes and busbar systems
  • •Coordinate earthing, bonding, and energisation processes
  • •Manage LOTO procedures and site electrical safety
  • •Provide technical advisory during preconstruction and tendering
  • •Review design specifications, drawings, and cable schedules
  • •Manage technical queries, RFIs, and submittals
  • •Utilize 3D BIM coordination for clash resolution
  • •Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • •Implement site safety plans and RAMS control
  • •Oversee testing, commissioning, and switching plans
  • •Supervise SAP, AP, and authorized electrical personnel
  • •Track project schedules and procurement timelines
  • •Monitor subcontractor progress and manpower levels
  • •Manage daily site operations and weekly reporting
  • •Track costs to ensure efficient project execution
