- Oversee project execution to meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Adhere to investor documentation, such as SOR
- Use internal and external audit tools to monitor project performance
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in safety, environmental impact, and construction progress
- Manage technical aspects of electrical installations
- Lead and monitor the site engineering team
- Coordinate meetings with teams, clients, authorities, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, and other stakeholders
- Handle RFIs, client changes, claims, and subcontractor settlements
- Support procurement and material ordering
- Participate in commissioning, building acceptance, and handovers
- Report progress and issues in project execution
