Requirements
- •Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Technical background or equivalent
- •10+ years facility engineering and maintenance supervision
- •10+ years direct managerial experience and interpersonal skills
- •Experience in Data Center or Critical Infrastructure
- •Knowledge of physical security in critical environments
- •Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills
- •Track record of managing significant change
- •Assertiveness, confidence, and professional credibility
- •Excellent planning and organization skills
- •Ability to build credibility with customers
- •Leadership and engagement in fast-changing environments
- •Stakeholder relationship building and negotiation skills
- •Cross-functional collaboration and goal delivery
- •Confident decision making with limited information
- •Possession of reliable transportation
- •Proficiency with Microsoft desktop and server systems
- •Willingness to travel occasionally for training
- •Successful completion of a background check

Tasks
- •Oversee operations for one or more data center campuses
- •Manage a team of facility engineers and managers
- •Operate machinery and building systems safely and effectively
- •Ensure data center availability and capacity targets are met
- •Plan and track maintenance using a CMMS
- •Hold staff accountable for preventive and corrective maintenance
- •Coordinate and oversee all maintenance vendors
- •Manage site-level budgets and capital expenditure planning
- •Foster a team-oriented environment through coaching and feedback
- •Conduct performance reviews and develop training plans
- •Interface with reliability and design engineering teams
- •Manage customer communications and ensure service satisfaction
- •Implement safety, security, and quality policies on-site
- •Develop and approve MOPs and SOPs for facility work
- •Monitor energy quality and optimize Power Usage Efficiency
- •Maintain all operational documentation and crisis management plans
- •Collaborate with stakeholders on customer project implementations
- •Produce reports on site metrics and key performance indicators
- •Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory requirements
- •Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors
