- Manage end-of-life replacements and facility expansions
- Operate machinery and building systems safely
- Hold employees accountable for equipment maintenance
- Respond to operational and emergency situations
- Foster a team-oriented environment with positive feedback
- Manage contracted service work and bidding processes
- Train staff on new processes and procedures
- Direct site-specific preventive maintenance programs
- Oversee project execution and quality control
- Author After Action and Root Cause Analysis reports
- Evaluate system performance for efficiency improvements
- Maintain inventory of tools and building supplies
- Protect asset value and extend machinery life
- Organize site budgets and administrative functions
- Assist with operational and capital budget preparation
