- •Drive standardization in commissioning processes
- •Develop and improve commissioning program
- •Create project tools, processes, and procedures
- •Manage third-party commissioning agents
- •Define key business engagement processes
- •Contribute to QA/QC program development
- •Engage with peer team members for collaboration
- •Create relevant KPIs to highlight project performance
