- •Knowledge of project management software
- •Knowledge of scheduling software
- •Knowledge of BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar)
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- •Familiarity with local regulations and industry norms
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Strong work ethic and construction passion
- •Proactive, hands-on approach
- •Effective team coordination and clear communication
- •Collaboration with all stakeholders
