  • Build relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders

  • Hold stakeholders accountable for client experience quality
  • Manage large-scale projects and functional processes
  • Guide and lead employees across multiple functions
  • Communicate status updates to senior executive leadership
  • Streamline strategic initiatives to inspire change
  • Influence global payment practices and procedures
  • Provide thought leadership on payment trends
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on value realization
  • Manage employee development and performance reviews
  • Coach and delegate to direct and matrixed reports
  • Oversee expense budgets and revenue targets
  • Act as the central escalation point for crises
  • Monitor the European Payment System for euro payments
  • Manage interactions with the European Central Bank
  • Lead Eurozone crisis management and governance forums
