In this global leadership role, you will shape customer experience and brand strategy by leading a diverse team, overseeing impactful marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
• •Several years of relevant experience in global marketing and communication, preferably in B2C and agriculture/dairy sectors
• •5+ years of proven leadership experience with a global mindset
• •Expertise in Customer Experience Management and strategic marketing across EU and non-EU markets
• •Strong knowledge of project management, digital marketing, PR, and events
• •High affinity for new technologies and innovation in marketing and sales
• •Strong presentation and communication skills
• •Self-starter with a can-do attitude and high service orientation
• •Team player with strong collaboration skills
• •Excellent English skills; additional languages (e.g., German, Chinese, Spanish) are a plus
• •Readiness for worldwide travel
