- •Previous General Management responsibility in Pharma or Biotechnology
- •Scientific orientation across multiple therapeutic areas
- •Proven track record of successful product launches in Germany
- •Leadership and people management skills
- •Ability to drive results and performance management
- •Stakeholder management skills
- •Customer orientation and understanding of customer requirements
- •Best practice thinking and innovation scanning
- •Low-ego executive with patient-centric values
- •Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- •Fluent in German and English

- •Develop and manage the country organization
- •Create strategies for market access, pricing, and reimbursement
- •Build strong relationships with customers in the region
- •Oversee the affiliate build-out
- •Define long-term tactical plans and annual operating plans

- •Deliver results against agreed targets
- •Manage P & L ownership
