As a General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to launch a groundbreaking treatment in Germany, shape strategies for market access, build vital customer relationships, ensure compliance, and achieve business targets.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
• •Strong understanding of biopharma industry operations in Germany
• •Knowledge of European and German regulatory frameworks
• •In-depth knowledge of German market access environment
• •Knowledge of pharma-specific compliance codes
• •Previous General Management responsibility in Pharma or Biotechnology
• •Scientific orientation across multiple therapeutic areas
• •Proven track record of successful product launches in Germany
• •Leadership and people management skills
• •Ability to drive results and performance management
• •Stakeholder management skills
• •Customer orientation and understanding of customer requirements
• •Best practice thinking and innovation scanning
• •Low-ego executive with patient-centric values
• •Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• •Fluent in German and English

Tasks
