- •Launch and country level marketing experience
- •Prior experience in Ophthalmology, sales, or sales management
- •Hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit
- •Demonstrated success in cross-functional and cross-geographical team environment
- •Ability to manage through ambiguity in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- •Strong communication skills with ability to influence across functions
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills in German & English
- •Willingness and ability to occasionally travel within the German region

- •Prepare for the launch of targeted C3 therapy
- •Oversee classic and digital marketing strategies
- •Conduct strategic analysis of market and competition
- •Generate insights and conduct market research
- •Drive preparation and execution of brand and launch plans
- •Adopt and execute regional launch tactics and campaigns
- •Collaborate with international and US teams for strategic alignment
- •Identify and manage resources for the marketing team
- •Lead cross-functional strategies for congresses and events
- •Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the retinal field
- •Plan demand and forecast sales
- •Oversee development and distribution of marketing materials
- •Organize internal and external marketing and sales events
- •Manage external vendors for events and creative projects
