Requirements

• •BA/BS in Engineering or Business/Operational Management
• •7-10 years of progressive functional experience
• •At least 5 years as leader/manager of a Field Services Organization
• •Strong Business and Financial Acumen
• •Strong communications skills
• •Ability to apply knowledge of business and marketplace
• •Leadership through direct management and influence
• •Problem-solving skills

Tasks

• •Report on metrics and forecasts
