Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in CS/Revenue Operations or Marketing Automation
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise and CRM hygiene
  • Strong process design and workflow scalability skills
  • Experience with CS platforms or ability to learn quickly
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
  • Strong written English skills
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
  • Experience in cybersecurity, insurance, or managed services
  • Familiarity with Chargebee or subscription billing systems
  • Exposure to customer segmentation and scaled CS methodologies
  • Experience with NPS/CSAT tooling and survey automation
  • Dutch or German language skills

Tasks

  • Design and implement automated customer journeys for Segment D
  • Build scalable workflows and automated email sequences
  • Develop automated value communication touchpoints
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with Velaris teams on health scores and alerts
  • Integrate data flows between HubSpot, Velaris, and Metabase
  • Maintain dashboards for engagement and churn risk
  • Map and document the full customer journey
  • Identify and propose new automation opportunities
  • Iterate on touchpoints using engagement and NPS data
  • Align automation with the overall scaling strategy
  • Set up automated early warning systems for at-risk accounts
  • Design scalable, lightweight renewal processes
  • Track and report on churn and retention metrics
  • Launch live automated onboarding sequences in HubSpot
  • Configure automated health scoring in Velaris
  • Generate measurable engagement through lifecycle touchpoints
  • Provide real-time visibility into the renewal pipeline
  • Maintain low churn rates as the customer base scales
