Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success or related fields
  • Experience in technical domains like Endpoint Security or scripting
  • Ability to master new concepts and technologies
  • Consulting, project management, and strategic relationship skills
  • Tanium Certified Operator (nice to have)
  • Tanium Certified Administrator (nice to have)
  • Organized self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Willingness to contribute suggestions and ideas
  • Eagerness to demonstrate value and ROI
  • Eagerness to become a technical advisor
  • Strong communication and intuitive listening skills
  • Professionalism, insightfulness, and values-driven approach
  • Motivation to solve tough IT problems

Tasks

  • Leverage technical expertise and internal resources to solve customer issues
  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product and engineering teams
  • Conduct proactive health checks and formal improvement plans
  • Provide product training and share technical best practices
  • Drive platform adoption by overcoming technical and environmental obstacles
  • Develop strategic customer plans to increase ROI and expansion
  • Execute account strategies in coordination with the sales team
  • Maintain strong customer relationships aligned with business needs
  • Create customer value plans and track actions or risks
  • Manage enhancement tracking and update Salesforce or Gainsight data
  • Contribute to strategically focused Executive Business Reviews
  • Support internal efforts to improve the Customer Success function
