- •Experience in technical domains like Endpoint Security or scripting
- •Ability to master new concepts and technologies
- •Consulting, project management, and strategic relationship skills
- •Tanium Certified Operator (nice to have)
- •Tanium Certified Administrator (nice to have)
- •Organized self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
- •Curiosity and willingness to learn
- •Willingness to contribute suggestions and ideas
- •Eagerness to demonstrate value and ROI
- •Eagerness to become a technical advisor
- •Strong communication and intuitive listening skills
- •Professionalism, insightfulness, and values-driven approach
- •Motivation to solve tough IT problems

- •Leverage technical expertise and internal resources to solve customer issues
- •Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product and engineering teams
- •Conduct proactive health checks and formal improvement plans
- •Provide product training and share technical best practices
- •Drive platform adoption by overcoming technical and environmental obstacles
- •Develop strategic customer plans to increase ROI and expansion
- •Execute account strategies in coordination with the sales team
- •Maintain strong customer relationships aligned with business needs
- •Create customer value plans and track actions or risks
- •Manage enhancement tracking and update Salesforce or Gainsight data
- •Contribute to strategically focused Executive Business Reviews
- •Support internal efforts to improve the Customer Success function
