Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of customers as their primary business contact
  • Understand customers' business value drivers and success criteria
  • Develop actionable Customer Success Plans with customers
  • Advise on the adoption of product features to achieve business outcomes
  • Promote continuous growth through relevant innovation
  • Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews to track customer progress
  • Drive improvement of customer advocacy measures
  • Prepare and deliver territory plans to define account strategies
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists for smooth customer introductions
  • Coordinate with Professional Services for seamless implementations
  • Work with Renewal Managers to enhance forecasting and retention
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with Sales
  • Assist in driving internal strategic initiatives and improvement programs
