- Serve as primary point of contact for strategy
- Navigate complex client environments
- Critically analyze strategy effectiveness
- Interpret metrics like retention and ROI
- Orchestrate cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Link CRM, data, creative, and tech
- Spot opportunities for scope expansion
- Participate in new business pitches
- Drive internal knowledge and industry trends
- Ensure cutting-edge CRM strategies
