  • Ability to explain complex data to senior client leadership
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Ability to distinguish theoretical strategy from immediate action
  • Natural networker, bringing together disciplines and specialists
  • Fluent in German
  • Fluent in English
  • Capable of leading high-level strategic discussions in German and English

  • Own end-to-end loyalty narrative
  • Define customer agenda and marketing activities
  • Develop loyalty propositions and customer experience strategies
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences
  • Identify target audience segments and frameworks
  • Serve as primary point of contact for strategy
  • Navigate complex client environments
  • Critically analyze strategy effectiveness
  • Interpret metrics like retention and ROI
  • Orchestrate cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Link CRM, data, creative, and tech
  • Spot opportunities for scope expansion
  • Participate in new business pitches
  • Drive internal knowledge and industry trends
  • Ensure cutting-edge CRM strategies
