- Fluent German and English, another European language advantageous
Tasks
- Manage performance review cycles for European staff
- Oversee performance management processes in Europe
- Coordinate 6-monthly performance cycle administration
- Compile and review performance materials
- Communicate and manage performance review meetings
- Report performance outcomes to leadership teams
- Develop performance-related dashboards and analyses
- Support Managing Director performance management
- Analyze review outcomes for training and development
- Implement new Performance Management system
- Plan and manage onboarding for all levels
- Develop pan-European junior banker onboarding
- Execute pan-European intern onboarding
- Refine onboarding processes and materials
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness
- Lead pan-European employee engagement programmes
- Manage Banker Teach-in sessions
- Run pan-European Mentoring program
- Support Engagement Survey reporting and planning
- Assist with internal AI training initiatives
- Develop and launch European Alumni Program
- Support DEI programmes and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with country-specific training
- Provide talent function analytics support
- Make strategic recommendations for role evolution
