Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy execution, or similar advisory roles
  • •Experience in strategy, strategy execution, organizational development, transformation, change management, new work, or agile methodologies
  • •Excitement to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • •Ability to build credibility and communicate confidently with senior executives
  • •Strong ownership mindset, initiative, and ability to work independently
  • •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

  • •Lead onboarding as transformation projects to drive adoption and measurable results
  • •Identify customer needs and challenges through data and interactions
  • •Recommend the right mix of platform features, consulting, or enablement
  • •Drive platform adoption and ensure renewals
  • •Support customer growth through strategic account planning and development
  • •Facilitate business reviews, workshops, and strategy execution trainings
  • •Share insights with executive stakeholders
  • •Act as a bridge between customers and the product team
  • •Influence future platform development and co-create solutions
