Requirements
- •Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or Education with focus on learning, training, or talent management
- •At least 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development
- •Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing development programs
- •Familiarity with modern learning methods and technologies (LMS, e-learning, blended learning, coaching, peer learning, communities of practice)
- •Excellent communication and facilitation skills in person and virtual environments
- •Fluency in English; German or another language is a plus
