Description

In this role, you will spearhead learning and development initiatives for a dynamic consultancy, designing impactful programs and collaborating with leaders to enhance organizational growth and performance across various levels.

Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or Education with focus on learning, training, or talent management
• •At least 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development
• •Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing development programs
• •Familiarity with modern learning methods and technologies (LMS, e-learning, blended learning, coaching, peer learning, communities of practice)
• •Excellent communication and facilitation skills in person and virtual environments
• •Fluency in English; German or another language is a plus
