Requirements

  • •University degree in Psychology, Business, IT, or related field
  • •Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
  • •Solid consulting skills including problem-solving and customer orientation
  • •Experience in PMO or project management in IT environments
  • •Proven senior stakeholder management skills
  • •Strong facilitation and enablement capabilities
  • •Outstanding communication skills in German and English

Tasks

  • •Lead end-to-end change management for IT implementations
  • •Advise senior stakeholders on change impacts
  • •Develop change management standards
  • •Design training and digital adoption journeys
  • •Facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • •Coach leadership on change management practices
  • •Conduct train-the-trainer activities for scaling
  • •Support PMO functions including planning and milestone tracking
  • •Report on risks and dependencies
  • •Ensure alignment across IT and business units
  • •Guide structured delivery in agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments
