Requirements
- Outstanding academic degree (Master’s/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
- Strong specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning or Data Engineering
- Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK)
- Proficiency in Python for data analytics, automation, and AI development
- Cloud Platform expertise (focus: Azure)
- Microsoft Foundry knowledge
- Data Warehousing & Engineering knowledge (focus: Snowflake & dbt)
- 3+ years relevant work experience in consultancy, renowned industrial/tech company, or start-up
- Proven track record in consulting and customer facing
- Proven track record with data and AI in relevant domains
- Hands-on experience with AI applied to business or industrial data
- Demonstrated ownership with AI applied to business or industrial data
- IT/OT architecture experience
- Knowledge of industrial standards
- Strong drive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Innovation mindset
- Willingness to take responsibility and ownership
- High degree of curiosity and willingness to learn
- Social skills and team spirit
- Communication skills in English
- Ability to contribute and deliver a data driven project even if not all boxes are checked
Tasks
- Shape cross-functional projects with consultants, domain experts, and clients
- Design and implement agentic systems for complex industrial challenges
- Take ownership of AI solution development and architecture
- Lead client conversations to translate requirements into project approaches
- Develop production-grade code for AI solutions
- Collaborate with third-party developers for reliable and scalable features
- Design overall architecture for enterprise and industrial AI solutions
- Communicate AI results to stakeholders of all levels
- Act as a thought leader in AI and agentic systems
- Prototype novel solutions to demonstrate AI's transformative power
- Travel for project-related work at customer sites
- Turn data, AI, and agentic systems into customer solutions
- Define enterprise-wide data and AI strategies
- Build strong foundational OT and IT architectures
- Design operating models and change frameworks
