Based in Frankfurt, you will drive the success of high-profile data center projects by overseeing contractor quality, managing complex risks, and ensuring seamless communication across all project phases.

Requirements

• •10 years construction experience in Data Centres
• •University Degree in engineering or construction
• •Excellent written, verbal and analytic skills
• •Self-direction and effective team collaboration
• •Leadership experience
• •Strong commercial awareness and financial management
• •Understanding of project and contract documents
• •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and PM software
• •Basic knowledge of construction financial estimation
• •Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• •Availability for on-site work
• •English and German language skills

Tasks

• •Plan and conduct quality assurance and control activities
• •Oversee multiple construction contractors and their work
• •Develop governance, communication, and management control systems
• •Review and align organizational structures across parties
• •Manage interfaces between different contractors
• •Monitor team performance and initiate safety improvements
• •Audit compliance with established management systems
• •Identify project risks and drive mitigation activities
• •Lead weekly technical and progress meetings
• •Manage client stage gateway reviews and approvals
• •Oversee design stage deliverables and permitting requirements
• •Conduct daily site reviews for HSE and logistics
• •Produce formal reports against project KPIs and milestones
• •Prepare progress presentations for the employer’s representative
• •Administer contracts to protect the client’s interests
• •Manage timely issuance of company invoices and receipts
