- Facilitate vendor kick-off meetings
- Attend weekly technical coordination meetings
- Verify contractor quality control qualifications
- Generate weekly quality reports for clients
- Review weekly activity plans for personnel
- Produce and review daily quality reports
- Lead weekly QAQC meetings with contractors
- Manage internal QAQC meetings across projects
- Upload quality dossiers to documentation systems
- Validate and review as-built drawings
- Evaluate performance for all quality personnel
