Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- CCP certification or Master's (plus)
- 8-10 years in Total Rewards, Comp & Benefits
- Strong data focus in role
- Strong understanding of compensation structures
- Strong understanding of benefits
- Strong understanding of employee recognition programs
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Familiarity with Leapsome or similar tools (advantage)
- Comfortable with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Use people data for reports and insights
- Strong analytical mindset
- Turn data into actionable recommendations
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to present to Executive stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented
- Discreet and professional
- Collaborative approach
- Strong integrity
Tasks
- Lead total compensation and benefits strategy design and implementation
- Manage global compensation and benefits programs daily
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for rewards
- Maintain compensation structures and data accuracy
- Support salary review cycles
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
- Oversee employee benefits administration globally
- Enhance benefits offerings based on feedback
- Support benefits communication and engagement
- Align rewards with performance management
- Provide data for reward-related decisions
- Maintain accurate HR data in Workday
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports
- Supply reward data for budgeting
- Create materials explaining total rewards
