Senior Commercial Partner Manager(m/w/x)
Shaping partnerships for Europe's e-mobility transformation, building advanced collaboration models. 3+ years in e-mobility market required. Monthly mobility budget, up to 2 days home office.
Requirements
- Professional experience in e-mobility market (3+ years)
- Profound know-how of EV sector (charging, features, communication, protocols, value chain, business models)
- Know-how of EMSP, CPOs, backend provider, roaming platform, site hosts, grid, CPO landscape, and European charging regulatory framework
- Outgoing business developer and relationship builder with interest in technical details
- Team player and self-starter with ownership and independent working skills
- Good negotiator with proven contract negotiation track record
- Experience in creating partner contracts and SLAs
- Proactive, self-organized with good project management skills
- Representation at industry events and enjoyment of speaking in person
- Enjoyment of developing, implementing, and improving internal and partner processes
- Analytical skillset; experience with data analytics tools beyond Excel (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
- First experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude) is an advantage
- Stellar English skills and basic German are essential; other EU language is a plus
