  • Ability to build trust-based partner relationships
  • Structured, self-driven, and adaptable personality
  • Hands-on mentality and strategic thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel topics
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Identify and acquire new European fleet customers
  • Target strategic B2B partners across Europe
  • Drive lead generation through cold outreach
  • Manage structured prospecting activities
  • Own the full sales cycle to signature
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals
  • Negotiate agreements with Legal and Pricing
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipelines
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Coordinate external sales partners and agencies
  • Manage strategic MSP and B2B accounts
  • Advise partners as a main contact point
  • Steer partners toward revenue and margin targets
  • Track performance against commercial KPIs
  • Implement pricing actions and marketing campaigns
  • Lead contract renewals and commercial optimizations
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop scalable B2B and MSP business models
  • Define value propositions with Product Management
  • Gather market feedback to refine offerings
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Marketing
  • Improve internal sales and management processes
