Requirements

  • AI integration experience
  • Telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales experience
  • 1-3+ years full sales cycle experience in software/solution sales
  • Enterprise solutions sales via telephone/video conference
  • Understanding of sales process and complex sales cycles
  • Sales force automation, ERP, or IT infrastructure management technologies (plus)
  • Presentation skills via web-based tools (advantageous)
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
  • Relationship building skills with customers, prospects, and colleagues
  • Persistence and dependability (attendance, deliverables, deadlines)
  • Occasional travel for training/meetings (may be required)

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Manage sales opportunities over the telephone

  • Understand customer business drivers and challenges
  • Map ServiceNow solutions to customer needs
  • Prospect within key verticals
  • Develop new opportunities and pipeline
  • Win new business using Value Selling
  • Expand within existing accounts
  • Ensure contract renewals
  • Collaborate with extended teams
  • Coordinate resources for sales cycles
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting
  • Develop territory plans
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
  • Mentor team members
  • Work on collaborative projects
