Requirements

  • English and Spanish fluency
  • 6+ years senior Account Manager experience in tech, travel, mobility or marketplaces
  • Strong B2C e-commerce experience with proven results
  • Success structuring/negotiating commercial agreements and building partnerships
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving scalable growth
  • High ownership and seniority for executive relationships and strategic representation
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilience, ownership, and proactive mindset in high-paced environment
  • English and Spanish fluency

Tasks

  • Manage and grow strategic transport provider portfolio
  • Develop deep relationships at operational, commercial, and executive levels
  • Use data and insights to optimize revenue and increase basket size
  • Identify and unlock incremental growth opportunities
  • Own market and competitive insights, turning them into strategic actions
  • Serve as internal expert on market and competitive insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Improve partner performance and enhance customer journey
  • Represent Omio at senior and industry levels
  • Position Omio as trusted, strategic partner for transport providers
  • Advocate for partners and customers internally
  • Ensure partner and customer needs are reflected in product, strategy, and roadmap decisions
