- •Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- •Confidence in interpreting data and creating sales forecasts
- •Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- •Fluency in English; German skills are a plus

- •Develop account strategy plans
- •Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- •Gain an in-depth understanding of each partner’s supply chain
- •Ensure gross margin and revenue targets are met
- •Manage cost control and rigorous forecast management
- •Negotiate annual pricing
- •Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams
- •Resolve critical issues and de-escalate situations
- •Provide accurate monthly reporting on key actions and forecasts
- •Undertake special projects to support sales team processes
