- Based in Europe or Ukraine
- Comfortable working European hours
- Occasional travel to industry events
- Experience selling into construction industry

- Experience selling into operations-heavy industries
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo

- Hands-on experience with Salesloft
- Hands-on experience with Gong
- Additional European language
- German language proficiency
- Exposure to full-cycle or AE-adjacent role
- Clear interest in long-term BDR career growth
Tasks
- Identify and research target accounts
- Use Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other tools
- Run multi-channel outbound sequences
- Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and use LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Focus on named enterprise accounts in construction, field services, energy, and adjacent industries
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies
- Multi-thread into key buyers
- Progress opportunities through the funnel
- Maintain a clean CRM and pipeline hygiene
- Keep accurate notes, next steps, and lead status
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor moves
- Time outreach with relevance
- Represent Fluix at industry events and conferences
