- •Expertise in client-centric negotiation and complex deals
- •Track record in business development or sales
- •Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- •Structured, independent working style and team orientation
- •Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving
- •Willingness to travel within Europe
- •Fluency in English

Tasks
- •Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- •Achieve sales revenue targets for new and existing accounts
- •Demonstrate exceptional deal-closing skills
- •Conduct virtual and face-to-face bid defenses
- •Coach teams and handle Q&A during bid defenses
- •Lead budget and contract negotiations
- •Coordinate negotiations with Legal, Finance, and Operations
- •Act as an interface between customers and internal teams
- •Represent the company at conferences and partner events
- •Showcase the company's expertise and capabilities
- •Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape
- •Identify potential market opportunities and threats
