Senior Test & Verification Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will take charge of the test and verification strategy for innovative products, collaborating with a diverse R&D team to ensure rigorous testing and validation from early research through to formal verification.

Requirements

• •Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Medical Engineering, or related technical field
• •4+ years of professional experience in testing or systems engineering
• •Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and lab procedures
• •Extensive hands-on test lab experience in automated chemical or fluidic processes
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Familiarity with requirements management and regulatory standards

Tasks

• •Define test strategies and priorities
• •Create test plans aligned with project timelines
• •Coordinate experimental activities and formal testing
• •Support engineers in designing experiments for fluidic processes
• •Perform lab testing activities and evaluate results
• •Provide technical feedback and supervise junior team members
• •Document and analyze experimental data consistently
• •Translate findings into actionable outcomes
• •Communicate critical findings in a timely manner
• •Collaborate with experts to interpret process variables' impact
• •Drive the development of formal test and verification processes
• •Define templates and standards for testing
• •Derive test specifications from product requirements
• •Own verification and validation activities with external partners
