- Coordinate experimental activities and formal testing
- Support engineers in designing experiments for fluidic processes
- Perform lab testing activities and evaluate results
- Provide technical feedback and supervise junior team members
- Document and analyze experimental data consistently
- Translate findings into actionable outcomes
- Communicate critical findings in a timely manner
- Collaborate with experts to interpret process variables' impact
- Drive the development of formal test and verification processes
- Define templates and standards for testing
- Derive test specifications from product requirements
- Own verification and validation activities with external partners
