- Experience in assembling complex mechatronic systems
- Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and GD&T
- Proficiency with hand tools and measurement equipment
- Experience integrating electrical components into systems
- Ideal experience with data analysis and CAD
- Familiarity with clean and safe environments
- Ability to systematically diagnose integration issues
- Excellent English skills and technical communication
Tasks
- Build complex prototypes with mechanical, electrical, and fluidic components
- Commission new systems and troubleshoot initial functionality issues
- Transition prototype systems into production-ready hardware
- Develop and maintain detailed assembly manuals and work instructions
- Apply industrial standards to all process documentation
- Collaborate with design engineers to refine assembly and tooling
- Eliminate hardware bottlenecks and improve product robustness
- Prepare and execute regulatory and certification tests
- Conduct experimental runs and informal verification tests
- Manage lab productivity, safety, and efficiency
- Set up data acquisition systems and sensors
- Process raw sensor data into actionable insights
- Maintain a strong on-site presence for hardware activities
