Tasks
- Drive and manage the creation of long-term brand strategy
- Develop brand plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insights
- Lead cross-agency teams to enhance brand communication
- Collaborate with the Culture & Entertainment function to define brand roles
- Shape the brand's digital presence with long-term strategies and social media plans
- Manage the shadow P&L for the brands in the market
- Analyze and respond to brand performance drivers
- Oversee pricing, promotional strategies, and margin mix
- Translate strategies into effective plans that outperform competitors
- Identify and act on urgent opportunities or issues
- Generate and implement a range of workable solutions
- Frame complex issues clearly and incorporate diverse perspectives
- Challenge self and others to embrace new tasks and methods
- Communicate persuasively and impactfully across various audiences
- Seek feedback and development opportunities for personal growth
