Requirements
- Brand Management / Marketing experience (8–12 years), ideally FMCG, consumer health, or pharma
- Proven track record in brand building, launches, and commercial execution
- Strong understanding of DACH markets (pharmacy, retail, e-commerce)
- Hands-on mindset with strategic and executional excellence
- Solid commercial acumen (budget management, forecasting, data-driven decisions)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills
- Experience in international or matrix organizations (plus)
- Willingness to travel 20–30% across DACH region
- Fluent German and English
Tasks
- Lead brand strategy and execution for key OTC brands
- Translate global strategy into local growth plans
- Drive omnichannel marketing across pharmacy, mass market, and e-commerce
- Convert consumer insights into actions for market growth
- Manage product launches and lifecycle from concept to shelf
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
- Manage A&P budgets and business cases for ROI
- Develop compelling sell-in stories and customer plans
- Act as a matrix leader, aligning stakeholders in a dynamic environment
