Requirements

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and core modules
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP APIs
  • Skilled in connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
  • Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles
  • Skilled at diagnosing issues and identifying root causes
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Good written and spoken business English
  • Team player with a positive mindset

Tasks

  • Drive the ServiceNow implementation program
  • Configure workflows and manage custom development on the platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Transition requirements into scalable and secure solutions
  • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow environment
  • Serve as the in-house Subject Matter Expert
  • Identify integration and automation opportunities using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  • Document the current environment and keep articles updated
  • Mentor colleagues through in-role training
  • Ensure service availability and functionality according to SLAs
