Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI transformation, developing and optimizing models for automotive applications. Your work will involve hands-on data manipulation, ensuring model performance, and collaborating with various teams to establish best practices in AI development.

Requirements

• •University degree in computer science, data science, AI, mathematics, physics, or comparable qualifications
• •At least five years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in a business or industrial setting
• •Proven success in bringing models from research or prototype stage into productive operations
• •Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus
• •Strong expertise in modern ML methods and their practical limitations
• •Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments
• •Solid understanding of data quality, bias, robustness, and compliance requirements for enterprise AI systems
• •Very good written and spoken English skills
• •Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage
