Requirements
- University degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable field
- At least 5 years of practical experience in software development with Python
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, including at least one major open-source framework (e.g. LangChain, Pytorch)
- Strong methodological expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, MLOps or platform development
- Hands-on experience in data engineering, including building and managing database systems and data pipelines
- Practical experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering using AWS or Azure, as well as GitOps practices in production environments
- Strong proficiency in software development best practices such as clean code principles, object-oriented programming, DevOps and testing
Tasks
- Take technical responsibility for complex AI initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and manage AI-related projects
- Design and develop scalable AI systems for customer projects
- Collaborate with internal IT units and business departments
- Advise business units and management with strategic guidance
- Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners
- Represent the company in strategic committees
- Coach and inspire colleagues from diverse disciplines
- Evaluate emerging technologies and shape the technology roadmap
