In this role, you will take charge of the AI Moderation Layer's security by designing robust defense strategies and guiding a talented team. Your responsibilities will include shaping security policies, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance across AI services.

Requirements

• •University degree in computer science, mathematics, or comparable IT qualification
• •8+ years of experience in software or platform security and architecture in cloud environments
• •Deep expertise in LLM and agent security
• •Proven leadership in security lifecycle and compliance
• •Strong engineering background with architectural decision-making
• •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor teams

Tasks

• •Define architecture standards and security policies
• •Establish SLAs and SLOs for the AI Moderation Layer
• •Ensure global scalability and integration with AI platform services
• •Design a multi-layered defense strategy against security threats
• •Implement advanced input/output scanners and safety filters
• •Lead threat modeling and attack simulations
• •Conduct red teaming and LLM-specific pentests
• •Perform automated security assessments and incident response
• •Advise legal, compliance, and data protection teams

• •Define KPIs and implement canary rollouts

• •Scale operations to additional data sources
