Requirements
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or comparable
- •Six years of general ledger experience
- •Fluent German and English skills
- •Technical accounting expertise in HGB and IFRS
- •Experience in statutory and group reporting
- •Understanding of period-end closing processes
- •Extensive experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
- •OneStream experience is a plus
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •High attention to detail

- •Prepare HGB financial statements for German subholdings
- •Compile IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation
- •Collaborate closely with the Group Accounting team
- •Execute month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- •Manage accruals and provisions
- •Perform detailed GL account analysis and reviews
- •Coordinate external audits and support internal stakeholders
- •Serve as an SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert
- •Drive accounting process improvements and automation
- •Handle fair value and amortized cost accounting
- •Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting and intercompany recharges
- •Analyze M&A contracts and related agreements
- •Support group-internal mergers and system migrations
