Requirements
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- •Six years general ledger accounting experience
- •Experience at international group headquarters
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Technical accounting expertise under HGB
- •Solid IFRS knowledge and practical experience
- •Understanding of period-end closing processes
- •Extensive experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
- •Experience with OneStream is a plus
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •High attention to detail

- •Prepare HGB financial statements for the company and German subholdings
- •Compile IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation
- •Collaborate closely with the Group Accounting team
- •Execute month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations
- •Perform detailed GL account analysis for balance sheet and P&L items
- •Coordinate external audits and support internal stakeholders
- •Manage fair value and amortized cost accounting for financial instruments
- •Handle IFRS 16 lease accounting and intercompany recharges
- •Analyze M&A contracts and related agreements from an accounting perspective
- •Support group-internal mergers and system migrations
- •Drive automation and improvements as an SAP S/4HANA expert
