In this role, you will take charge of regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with various teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing reports, tracking regulatory changes, and driving process improvements.

• •Strong communication skills in English
• •Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• •Motivation to deepen knowledge in regulatory reporting
• •German language skills (spoken and written)

Tasks

• •Prepare and submit regulatory reports according to applicable requirements
• •Serve as the primary contact for regulatory reporting topics
• •Track regulatory changes and implement them into reporting processes
• •Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar to meet deadlines
• •Develop and update clear work instructions and reporting documentation
• •Act as a key contact for regulators, external auditors, and internal audits
• •Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Data, and Management on regulatory matters
• •Design and improve robust data flows
• •Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in reporting workflows
